For private or publcic Czech health insurance there is usually no deductible.
For public/state health insurance in the Czech Republic you have to pay 30 Kc when you visit a doctor and you may have to pay some money towards a prescription but, for emergency treatment and/or a doctors visits there is usally no deductible.
For private health insurance it is a little more complex. When you use PVZP helath ninsurance there is usually no deductible but with all the other Czech private helath insurance polices you often have to pay for the treatment and then claim the money back. There is no direct deductible but, some insurance companies may not refund the total amount owed.
