Colonnade have expanded the range of services within the standard variant of insurance for foreigners.Clients can now use the services of a general practitioner, gynecologist, pediatrician and dermatologist at the premium private clinic Unicare Medical for non-urgent care.
The clinic offers a high level of service in a friendly family environment, with long opening hours, short appointment times and a medical team communicating in more than 16 languages.
⚠️ The visit must be booked through the Colonnade assistance service.
Without a proper order, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of care.
The extension of services also applies to already concluded contracts.

Do you prefer to solve health problems remotely? For non-acute cases, they can use an online consultation with a doctor, either via video call (between 9:00 and 19:00) or by phone (24 hours a day).
Doctors are available for:
consultation on the procedure for health problems,
explanation of symptoms and causes of the disease,
obtaining information about medications and their effects,
issuing an e-prescription in justified cases.
The service is provided in Czech or English. The consultation will be facilitated by the coordinator of our helpline.
